Rental Rates

Please send any inquiries regarding our rental rates for the backyard. Ask about our tribal and non-profit rates if your event/organization falls into either of those categories.

What we bring to the table:

• A spacious catering kitchen
• 300 chairs, 66 seventy-two-inch round tables and 32 six-foot tables that are available upon request
  
• Free on-site wireless internet
• Set-up and tear-down services available
• Flexible set-up and rental times

Additional information

• Outside catering, bartending, linen & decor services welcomed.
  
• All alcohol catering must be served by a licensed & insured bar service
• Deposits (due at time of booking) for rentals will be 25% of total rental fee to reserve the space
  
• All rental costs and fees must be fully paid 14 days before the date of the event
  
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• Unless MAAIM provides permission otherwise, a licensed caterer is required
