Crafted Tradition Family Days »
Experience hands-on learning and cultural connection at Crafted Tradition Family Days—a new monthly series at the Mid-America All-Indian Museum. Each event highlights a traditional Native craft, story, or seasonal practice through interactive activities designed for all ages. From art-making to cultural demonstrations, families are invited to explore Native heritage in a fun and meaningful way. 

Admission is $10 per person for ages 4 and up, or $30 for a family of four, and includes full museum access. Payment will be collected at the door, but we ask that you RSVP online in advance so we have ample supplies available.

Make a Medicine Wheel

Saturday, June 28, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.​

Families will learn about the cultural significance of the Medicine Wheel and create their own using beads, natural materials, and traditional teachings. Special guest speaker Dal Domebo (Kiowa, Ponca, Quapaw) will share teachings on the Medicine Wheel at 10:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m
